How are these people allowed to operate?
please avoid buying anything from this company, I bought some shoes from them, when they arrived they where to small, they said I could keep the shoes and they would give me a 20% refund, which I excepted, unfortunately I am still waiting 3 months later and they are now ignoring me. a total RIP OFF COMPANY 😡
Terrible service , firstly they advised delayed arrival so I ask to cancel and they said no as too late and when items eventually arrived they were completely different design colour and material . So they claim to get refund I have to post to China with tracking service or risk no refund and on return they will decide what percentage I am entitled too. Avoid
I have been emailing this sham company for nearly 2months for a refund, all I get back is excuse after excuse. I paid for a jumper advertised on their site and received a jumper that bore no resemblance to the one advertised. They wanted me to return it for a refund, which would have cost £? Adding to my outlay. I refused so they told me to keep the jumper and accept a 20% refund. Eventually, I agreed to this, but no refund, just excuse after excuse. The website had an address in Dover so stupidly I assumed ordering would be ok. I will persist. They are impossible to deal with!!!It is now 4th January, still no refund. I contacted my credit card company, who were most unhelpful. It doesn’t seem to matter that there are so many customers who have been let down by this company, they should be red flagged and stopped from trading. I don’t think I will ever get a refund but will continue venting my anger wherever I can.
Like other reviews, the shoes I got from them were NOT size 11, actually size 10.5 and NOT wide fitting as ordered. It was 6 weeks before I got them. I wore them to London from 3pm until 1am but they gave me a blister on my heel. I asked the company for the correct shoes but all they have offered is a 30% discount on the shoes I have. Would I want to keep them when they don't fit. After this experience I wouldn't touch the firm with a bargepole and would urge others to use a more reliable firm such as Sketchers or Doc Martin! I am not impressed at their total lack of customer service
⚠️⚠️⚠️Never buy from here ! Website says it's UK based, but not.. it's China ! 2 month ago I bought a winter jacket, waited long time for delivery. Came very thin jacket and was made from cheap material, paid £50 and wasn't worthy ! Tried to contact them by the customer service number on the website- it's not accurate!!! Asked for return and i did returned it with tracked delivery to get full refund as they promised, but still waiting for refund!! It's a big headache...when i email them looks like I'm getting automated email replies from them.
