Goods ordered took 4 weeks to arrive. The company stated it was in the UK, it is in China.The trainers weren’t suitable for wear and very poor quality. They offered me 10% refund which they increased to 20% after negotiation. Regarding return they expect the customer to return with record of postage , to China ( I don’t think so) A rip off company DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM
Ordered a coat from Perry Street wear and the zip is faulty so emailed them asking for a pre paid label to send the coat back they offered me a 10% discount and said I could keep the coat, I declined as the coat is not fit for purpose many emails later they said I can return the coat but i have to pay return postage as its the customers responsibility to pay for returns even though the coat zip is faulty also on website says company is in London but the address to send back is in China. Wouldn't have bought had I known it wasn't a UK based company also the coat looks nothing like the one advertised its very thin material and obviously the zip is a very cheap one as the teeth have bent coat was just under £50 suppossed to be half price total rubbish from Perry Street wear
This site should be avoided. The dress I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive and was very sub-standard on arrival. The material was cheap and heavy and smelled of fish!The design was nothing as shown on the website.The size was completely incorrect. I ordered a medium which was extra large.On complaining to the company, they refused to be liable. I have now had to pay an exuberant postage cost to return it which will leave me with £15 refund from a £37 purchase!
This doesn't even deserve half a star. I ordered a sandals for holiday on the 2nd October for £24.99 it arrived 23rd October with the wrong size, 2 sizes below my purchased size and even primarks quality would exceed it. I requested a refund, they stalled for days beating around the bush offering 10%,20% partial refund for something that was their error. The item is of no use to me and I still have not received a refund. I would stay far away from this store unless you have money to give away freely with nothing in return.
Absolute terrible quality, nothing shy of cheap tat. The size was way too big, tried returning the item and was just offered a 10% discount and told I could keep the jacket. I wanted a refund as the jacket didn't fit, eventually got them to accept the return, and sent it back with Royal Mail international tracked and signed on the 14/10/25. Never received my refund no contact from the seller. AVOID at all costs. Eventually got my money back from Royal Mail
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from this scam company I’ve heard nothing from them today I have checked on the internet and every entry for them says web page not available. They appear to have disappeared leaving me with no jeans and no way of getting my money back. Please do not use them they are criminals
I ordered 2 pairs of boots. There was a delay. Ordered on 5/9/25, received on 27/9/25. When I did receive them they were really cheap looking and didn’t fit. I opened a return with the company but they first offered me 10% off to keep them which I declined, then 20% off to keep them which I also declined. They then gave me a Chinese address to return them to at my expense. I queried this as there was no mention of sending them back to China when I ordered from their British website all through the selling process. They sent me back an email to refer me to certain legal clauses one of which was an out of date Portuguese Law. I started a claim with my credit card provider and have been successful but please don’t use this company. They are an outfit who purchase their poor quality goods from China and then won’t let you return them to their British address.
