Bought from Perspex Sheet since just before the pandemic. I've used their acrylic and polycarbonate sheet in a number of hobby projects and always been pleased with the service. The materials are top notch, cutting service spot on and packaging generous to protect the pieces. The website is easy to use,. The service has been terrible. I received two small sheets of 3mm perspex and all the edges are jagged and damaged. Then the real problems start. The telephone number has option 1 for sales and option 2 for customer service. NOBODY picks up either option, and NOBODY ever replies despite leaving numerous messages. I then contacted them via the website and still nothing. I was sen an email asking for feedback, which I sent, still no response.
I needed pre-cut pieces of perspex to build an automation training rig. Buying a large piece and cutting myself would have been costly in terms of time spent. These guys supplied each piece I required accurately cut and ready to use at a very keen price. Very happy with the speed of delivery and the quality of the cuts. Recommending highly.
