This has been an absolute nightmare !!!!I ordered £680 worth of Perspex sheets 1 x sheet was 1000mm too short, 1 x sheet was 10-15mm too long ( i have no way of cutting it)2 sheets were completely missing off the delivery1 x sheet was damagedOnly one sheet arrived correctly and not damaged !!! So far they have collected the 1000mm too long sheet, and agreed to sort the other sheets out on email, but after chasing for the past week to see when the sheets I actually ordered arrive or when they want to collected the damaged sheets they have so far not replied. Its also impossible to speak to anyone they just have an answerphone on Customer Service. Absolute mess of a company, I would recommend you don't order - I am hoping someone high up in management sees this and does something about it. I just want a full refund now. I will go elsewhere to get the items I need, I cant wait any longer - Vince :-(
Sheet not cut to size ordered after numerous emails with photos attached showing size error. Final result is they have replaced this it is a good fit and looks great.Thank you for the prompt supply following our phone call. This is the second purchase and we'll worth the price. Both looking great.
My saga has gone on from 26/11/24 to 4/3/25. Three damaged pieces of Perspex have been sent. Incredibly badly scratched in the factory then beautifully well wrapped in sturdy cardboard. No quality control what so ever. Joke of a company. I’ve asked for a refund but expect to have to contact the credit card company for a refund. Don’t waste your time or money, go elsewhere.
I am very happy with the service I received ftom Perspex Sheets uk. I ordered 2 frosted lemon perspex shelves which were exactly cut to the size of the measurements I had ordered. So really pleased with them they look great! I mistakenly ordered the wrong shelf supports my fault but they promptly replied to my email and no trouble at all to return them for a refund. I would most certainly use this company again their communication is excellent and fabulous service.
The company isn’t professional. They sent me a scratched product and I emailed to them and they answered to me week after with proposition the refund me £10 so I emailed to them that I request fully refund + shipping and free return label and they blocked me because I received email from google they can’t deliver that message because the company probably blocked me. And now I can’t resolve my problem.
