Review Time
I ordered a sheet of perspex on 12th February 2025 and what came today was very disappointing. The sizes of the cut are opposite to the radius corners on one side, so it doesn't fit the aperture. Sent a message through their messaging on the website but if delivery time is anything to go by, I won't hold my breath. I needed this sheet urgently and now I have to wait again. Not acceptable! Update 24/02/2025Today I received an email stating my resend request has been approved and I should allow 3 - 5 days for delivery.The least they could have done was to send it next day as I have waited long enough for this order.And they keep pestering me to leave a review!Clearly, they have not read this have they?Update 04/03/2025.Still no order dispatched despite the promises.A complete waste of time.Almost a month to get one piece of perspex.AVOID ! Update 13/03/2025.After opening a Paypal dispute, Ireceived a full refund. Bought from another supplier who had my order delivered the following day.Wish I'd ordered from them in the first place!
If I could give zero stars I would. Do not order from this company. The website alone is enough to make you reconsider, slow and inefficient. I've ordered from them several times and always had issues. Wrong material sent out, ridiculously long delivery times. My previous order was not sent out, and when I called was told eventually that the material I'd paid for was unavailable. I decided to not use this company again, but had a client who insisted on a specific colour that I could only find with perspexsheet, paid for express delivery that never arrived, several phone calls later I'm told that they again do not have the material we've paid for. If you are ordering for commercial purposes, DON'T, you will end up out of pocket with disappointed clients. AVOID
If I could give a zero I would!!2nd time I’ve ordered, 1st time was over 3wks due to a ‘lost order’ and I was stupid enough to give them a 2nd chance!! Ordered two sheets on 31/1/25, followed it straight up with a phone call and was promised order received and I would have delivery on 10/2/25. It’s now the 20th, no order, lady on the telephone doesn’t know why it’s not been done and I’m awaiting a call back!! (Probably won’t get one)!!Do not buy from these absolute clueless idiots, you either won’t receive your order or you’ll be waiting forever!!
It would have been zero stars if I could.Avoid at all costs . Kept me waiting for weeks on end , they don’t answer when you rang them , when I emailed they said the order will be delivered in a few working days, then week later I had to co tact again , he said they “lost “ my order and it will have to be issued again . 😡 a bunch of lies . Rude staff . I asked for a refund I’m not even sure I’ll get one from these cowboys . AVOID LIKE PLAGUE
I spent £205 - first I was told my order was in quality control - then it would be delivered by Friday. It’s now Tuesday . They stopped replying to my email They don’t get back to message via phone Chris gives his WhatsApp in replies here but has not replied to my messages as yet Fundamentally they have told me untruths which to me is shocking - never lie to a customer, honesty goes a long way . I’ll have to go via my bank now Thursday - Order has arrived and 50% of it is wrong. I ordered frosted pieces and 3 out of 6 are solid Chris from customer service contacted me via Whatapp and worked with me to send the incorrect items back for a refund. He was kind and diligent and the only person I would recommend dealing with - if it had not been for him I would be leaving 1 star
Worst customer experience. Ordered with express delivery (1-2 working days). Chased a week later and was told order hadn't been sent yet. Asked for it to be cancelled then but was ignored (twice). Product was then sent and received 10 days after ordering when no longer needed. Asked twice again to be contacted and received no reply. Was eventually told because bespoke product nothing they could do - their terms says can send within 30 days. Now left spending money on a product I don't need because took so long to be delivered.
Worst company I have ever dealt with. Placed a large order for numerous sizes of Perspex to be cut on arrival I found one piece had been cut too small a mistake on their side not mine.Tried phoning nobody ever answers the customer services or sales line just a recorded message to leave a message and somebody will get back to you, I can assure you they don’t.In the end I emailed them this action creates a ticket wait about four days for a response, sent photo with measurements of incorrect piece as requested days passIn the end I reordered the size I needed to finish my project and the company were informed I had done this. Once my new order arrived I got in touch with them again requesting a refund days later they informed me someone would get back to me a couple of days later I get a ticket response to inform me they are sending a new piece of Perspex!You couldn’t make it up could you what a joke.Further update was offered a refund for the Perspex but they failed to include the postage costs so ended up £10 out of pocket very unfair that they think it’s acceptable for me to pay the postage when I only reordered the incorrect size they sent and nothing else
I needed a small piece of white perspex cut to my dimensions. It arrived as expected well wrapped and exact dimensions. Was very please with price and product. Would recommend and use again.The company also have other materials and colours.
