Review Time
I placed an online order. Detailing what I wanted was easy and options were clear.A couple of days later I received a securely delivered package containing exactly what I ordered. Though in hindsight, when I order again, I will be asking for clear edges because it will save me a lot of finishing work.
As a test I ordered two pieces of red acrylic to fit in kitchen window sills, I sent measurents and bevelling instructions, arrived a week later, it fits perfectly, good communications I now need to measure up for the rest of the kitchen walling above the work surfaces.
Not surprised this company has such a low rating. THEY asked ME for a review so here it is.Avoid at all costs. I ordered over the phone as I wanted to discuss non-metric measurements. They misheard and the measurements were wrong. I called a day later when I had the confirmation and Hayley said it was too late to change. So, spent nearly a hundred quid on something I cant use.They say it’s my fault.Thanks guys, now I understand why Hayley and the rest of this company are best avoided and why their Trustpilot rating is 25% at 1 star. They deserve it.
Ordered £200 of material on Monday and paid a premium for 1-2 day delivery. It's now Friday and no sign of order, no tracking information, no response from company.If I had looked at the reviews prior to ordering I probably would have ordered from somewhere else as it seems to be a theme. I will wait and see what quality is like if it ever arrives or if anyone ever answers. Order number 22000217841
I placed an order in Monday for £158 worth 8 pieces. I was given to believe on the site delivery would be 3-5 days. I have messaged the company with an email today and got back a response that made no sense at all. I have called both the sales line and customer services and no one got back to me. I've been saving for a long time to get my green house fixed as I am disabled and it's my sanctuary. How ever I did finally managed to get hold of a lady from customer service called Hayley who looked into it and escalated it to the manager.I'm really happy to say that the two off them got to work. My order was found and sent out next day. A piece of glass had cracks in and I reported this to Chris the manager and I was given in-depth service and a substantial refund. I will use them again if I need to as all the glass was beautifully cut with no mistakes.
