I had a small issue with my caravan while touring. I did a walk-in to the company, and while they didn't have the part available, the service department was excellent in checking the van and offering repair suggestions. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Additionally, they have a fantastic selection of used and new caravans and motorhomes. Thank you for your assistance.
My first impressions of Perthshire Caravans after taking delivery of my brand new Bailey D4-2:After trying to remove the spare wheel from under the seat, I accidentally broke the Truma water inlet, as it was a very tight squeeze. I called customer service, and Kirsty arranged an appointment for me within the next couple of days. That’s the kind of service I want—that’s why I purchased locally. Fantastic service!Then there was Dave. He walked me through the caravan again and kindly repositioned the inlet pipe so it wouldn’t come into contact with the spare wheel, in case I ever needed to remove it again. A very knowledgeable young man.There’s also the lady in the parts department—very nice and knowledgeable. I found the parts I needed there were much cheaper than buying them online.

Many thanks to the team at Perthshire Caravans. I dropped my motorhome for some warranty repairs and asked for a quick turnaround as we were booked to go away on Hogmanay. The Red Lion Caravan Park, Arbroath, is at present very unsightly, (replacement of piping of water taking place). There are no warning or diversion signs in place on site to help owners or visitors avoid this upheaval.Staff are very unhelpful and on repeated occasions disrespectful. Rating should be NIL at present, (in my personal view).
