Caravan was in for some warranty work. Lorraine called me back within the week to say that all the work has been done. Not only that the engineers also went that extra mile to ensure that certain items on the list were over engineered so the fault would definitely not happen again. Great service, very professional and polite service. For my first time caravaning these are the type of people that ensure all is OK. Many thanks to all in the service department
Big ‘ups’ for Perthshire Caravans. On longterm retirement travel, when other dealers, workshops & auto electricians were too busy to help, PC took my campervan and diagnosed and fixed my broken water pump within 90min of arrival. The service staff (thanks Marion) said, “Lets see what we can do”, rather than ‘Sorry, were too busy!”Offered tea/coffee and TV while waiting, but spent most time exploring their extensive motorhome stock and accessory shop. It was finally great to have the replacement pump changed in, and be on my way again.
Phoned to ask a question and was greeted by a gruff "did you buy it here"I replied no I didn't but___"well we can't help you then.I only wanted to ask a question!!Poor telephony experience equals no returning custom.So if I was thinking of purchasing I wouldn't now.
I contacted Perthshire Caravans with an electrical problem with my motorhome which was getting me down a little as we are soon to head off on a holiday for a tour round Scotland. Because of work capacity, Perthshire Caravans could not look at my motorhome at this time but were extremely helpful to find someone who could help us which was very kind of them indeed. We are not a customer of theirs, but when we come to change our motorhome at some point in the future we have confidence that we will be treated with fairness with Perthshire Caravans.
Excellent service!!! After an issue on the highway the caravan was damaged and they were willing to help us. Very friendly and helpfull people at the service departement!!! It is a pity we cannot give 6 stars because they deserve. Thank you very much for the help.👍🏻
I would like to thank Andrew and John from Perthshire Caravans so much for all their help last night. I was driving to Errol yesterday evening with my horse in the horse trailer when my car broke down. I managed to pull in to the entrance of the Caravan store when my car died. The gave me oil and tried to bust my car battery and when that failed they stayed with me until I got a friend to come at get my horse and trailer and for the tow truck to tow my car. This was well past their finishing time. I’m truly grateful for their help and can’t thank them enough.
We had a strange noise develop on our caravan as we drove down from shetland to stirling, we pulled into perthshire caravans, told the lovely lady my tale of woo and a mechanic came straight out and fixed it within 5 min. Turned out to be a broken friction pad on the hitchThanks to perthshire caravans the rest of the holiday was brill
Popped into Perthshire Caravans to get a barrel lock changed over on my locker door as you need a Master Key to remove it .They did not have the correct key but still managed to change the lock over for me and did not charge anything for doing this .Will definitely use again in the future .
Recently purchased a new Motorhome from Perthshire Caravans. The sale itself was seamless and hassle free. Then since getting the motorhome I have been dealing with the After Sales team (Jay) with various questions and clarifications. The service from Jay and team has been fantastic. I had a warranty repair carried out, an outside awning light replacement.This was carried out free of charge. In addition, on the day I took the caravan in I found a problem with the leisure battery not appearing to be charging. This was checked out and sorted quickly. The service I received was first rate. My thanks to all concerned. Sylvia who I dealt with on the service desk did a great job, very accommodating to my last minute changes due to weather conditions. Very pleased with Perthshire Caravans!
