Would barely even give 1 star for this place. Had to call them out twice to eradicate the pests. But that’s not even the worst part. The pest control guy called Tom stated that there was no live activity of the pests the second time round however, i sent over evidence to show that there was 1 day before his arrival to which he proceeds to block my number? I called the management today to which they were extremely unhelpful and the lady was so rude. Im absolutely disgusted in their customer service. I hope no one ever has to go through the same experience. I would highly suggest using another company. For reference i am a tenant in a house that is infested with fleas and the landlord and pest control will do nothing to help

Due to roadworks, we have had rats enter our office via external vent and go instead ground floor ceiling. We can hear them clearly. Called PestUK and paid approx. £300 for them to come out. Told them it was rats we had visually seen and they place mice traps which a rat could not even fit in within the property (which the rats to date have had no access to). We told them this but their motivation was clearly to generate as many revisits as possible. They have been xero help with the issue and only care about generating charges.

Will not be using this company again. No real thorough investigation done, put up a ladder for the loft door, did not go into the loft, simply threw some poison and traps. Apparently there was a nest in the loft, he could hear them, then left.Came back two weeks later, nothing caught and apparently the squirrel had taken the trap (not a very good trap then). Again no real investigation just shone the touch around. What happened to the nest that he had mentioned on the first visit?A complete waste of money (rip off). I was guaranteed that they would at least catch one, the guarantee is useless as they caught nothing.
