Review Time
Will not be using this company again. No real thorough investigation done, put up a ladder for the loft door, did not go into the loft, simply threw some poison and traps. Apparently there was a nest in the loft, he could hear them, then left.Came back two weeks later, nothing caught and apparently the squirrel had taken the trap (not a very good trap then). Again no real investigation just shone the touch around. What happened to the nest that he had mentioned on the first visit?A complete waste of money (rip off). I was guaranteed that they would at least catch one, the guarantee is useless as they caught nothing.

Highly recommend this company. Tom Graham arrived on time and dealt with the problem efficiently. He then had to come back to block the hole in the roof where the pigeon had entered and at the same time bio sprayed the loft (after I had cleaned the poop) for free.If I need them again (I hope II Don't !!) I would not hesitate to call.

Jed, the technician that came out, was amazing. I've had an issue with moths in the bedroom carpet that needed sorting. The number I called to book were really helpful and able to get someone out to me within 48 hours - and at the most reasonable price that I was quoted compared to several other places! Jed was really professional and friendly, he took the time to explain to me everything that was being done and also explain what follow up steps to take. He didn't rush but was also very efficient and got the job done quickly. He moved my (very heavy!) bed all on his own and put everything back exactly where it had been when he arrived, I felt very comfortable and was impressed with the service. I can't recommend Jed or Pest UK highly enough, I will definitely be using the company again should I need to, and also recommending to friends. Sad to see that they have a low review score on here as I felt the service across the board was really great.
