I used Katie Pete sit in services Kathleen mcewan for looking after my 6 shih tzus, I have 2 poo eaters so made it clear dog mess to be cleared straight away, walked 3 times a day plus out in the garden if dry, meal times stated and bed times all were ignored, my dogs were not walked once, they were left out in the rain and crying to come in (all on nextdoor neighbors CCTV) husband rocked up with crates of beer, stood smoking on the doorstep and actually went into my nextdoor neighbours garden drunk, he got lost! I came home to find sheepskin rug ruined (shrunk in the washer) £80 carpets filthy she even filmed them coming in onto carpet from the rain I asked her to use the back door into the kitchen. So traumatised dogs my neighbour was at the point of calling the RSPCA because she wasn't fit to look after dogs, I said I wanted reimbursing for the rug and a refund she agreed (obvs she knew she did wrong) course money never got refunded and she blocked me, and now it's in the hands of the fraud squad who have all her details and I have proof she would refund me, it's all in texts! I am absolutely shocked that anyone would recommend her! Oh and of course drunk hubby rocking up! Beware!
Jan 31, 2023:Any single job will be paid a full month after the completion date for tiny sums of money. If they didn't claim that they pay out in 2-5 business days, this would not be a problem necessarily, but they choose to lie?This app operates in different countries where class action lawsuits may not be available. l had no idea Singapore is so sketchy.Dec 26, 2022:My initial assessment that this app is sketch is right. Actually did some pet sitting/ walking through the app. They have hung on to the payments for a nearly a month now, still not paid out. Support keeps telling me to wait. Similar to other reviews here. Scary how gratuitous it is.Will l be paid? l will update this review, possibly file a class action lawsuit.04/11/21Signed up to sit. Got a request/ job within 1 minute. l check the map of the job and it's in the middle of the sea (the city l'm in rn is an island.) The app then tells you to verify by getting 3 testimonials. The job waiting is a real incentive to refer your contacts. But then, when the job request has no picture or testimonials of its own, but has made almost 200 requests for a single pomeranian, it's pretty obvious that it's a carrot dangling in front of you to push referrals. Starting thr relationship with dishonesty doesn't bode well. No thanks, l'll take my biz elsewhere.
The service is unethical. As someone providing services, I only get 50% of the charges from the clients The app taking 25% and adding fees, insurance etc. It takes about a month to get any payment. Not a good experience and actively recommend not using it. Very unfair to low income society members just trying to make some more money.
