Horrible people it’s been 2 weeks no money yet for providing my services of pet sitting and I keep hearing oh we have to wait to hear back from finance regarding sending my money to my PayPal account and that they have to wait to hear from management and don’t say anything for days and won’t send my money and I haven’t been able to get my cats more litter or pay my other bills and it’ll almost be 3 weeks of still no money. Very evil people and don’t care to give people their money and I even explained multiple times that the owner hasn’t responded since Two months ago and that they won’t respond and they insist on waiting to hear from the owner when they know the owner hasn’t said anything since June 10 2025,its now August 14th. They still don’t respond and won’t give me my money I earned which is 809.01 and then they’ll probably delay my last payment as well which is wrong. I definitely won’t use it again after this and I’ll pay to sign up on rover instead
The app works really great, it's safe and I'm glad to be a part of their community. The only thing that I'd like to see improved is the quotes system, because for some jobs, like day care, it would br great if I could know how much time I will be providing the service and ajust the price accordingly! Other than that, I'm really happy with it!
I have entered wrong bank details so my payment was not processed to my my account.then i contacted to service centre and told them my problem , they have understood the problem and supported me in every way and gaves me my payment back , I just want to say the service was really good
