I spoke on the phone with a guy by the name of Toby. He had been persistently calling me on the phone and I kept getting him to call me back as I had been very busy. Fair play to him, he was so polite.

Please be wary when signing up with this company. I was given incorrect advice regarding a tracker. If I had been given the correct advice I would never have signed up with them. Cancelling was a nightmare. They required the tracker back or would charge me for someone to come and remove it but couldn't tell me where in the vehicle it had been installed. A very unpleasant experience.
I inquired about canceling my subscription after 5 weeks since they intended to charge me £89.52. The dash camera wasn't installed, and when I called to cancel, they informed me I would need to pay £720. I never utilized the service, and the dash camera installation was never completed.
The service provided is quite good. The products are decent, which is why I rated it four stars instead of five. The subscriptions and equipment are reasonably priced, though the app for accessing the webcams is just average. They might be more suited for larger businesses; we're a small operation with three vehicles.
