I bought 6 of these flea collars i have 5 dogs 4 different breeds they do not work at all ,they say you have 30 days money back guarantee i emailed them twice within this 30 days they totally ignored me i have not received any money back at all They are also NOT UK based they come from china DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM total scammers AVOID
Not had a great experience with these collars! Purchased beginning of May, my dogs were clear aftercare few days. Following week I noticed one or two fleas present. Checked the collars to make sure they were snug enough. They were fine. Treated my home again along with dogs bedding blankets etc basically everything. I vacuum regularly and wash floors and bedding and blankets, and again we are still finding fleas on my dogs. I hate seeing my boys so miserable. Contacted PetSheilded when they still had fleas on first use of Collar, where they said it is common to see while the product is getting to work. They say each Collar gives 8 months protection. I had purchase a buy 2 get 2 free offer which sounded too good to be true as I know how expensive these types of products usually are. Last week of June I'm having to replace the collars with the other free ones as there was no smell to the Collar to indicate any treatment present. Now first week of June more fleas. I contacted PetSheilded last night no refund available but they can offer me replacements at a reduced rate - NO THANKS IM NOT WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY ON RUBBISH!! I'm off to my trusted pet store this morning to purchase sonething that actually works my boys comfort is most important. Ive always hated the thought of flea collars and I should have stuck with my gut instinct. Don't waste your money.
