This is an extremely terrible VPS provider. After using their service for two years, it honestly felt like there was only one person handling the entire backend for all users. Since December 20, 2025, my server became inaccessible, and despite opening eight support tickets, I received no response at all. After delaying for a month, they even shut it down forcibly without giving me any explanation. The server is still unusable to this day.
I also tried contacting them through Telegram and WhatsApp, but all my messages were ignored. Then, on February 22, I finally received an email from them saying they would cease operations on February 27. I was completely speechless!
The networking for the VPS is extremely poor. I've been waiting since Friday (now it's Tuesday) for the VPS to become available again. I can access it through the control panel, but it cannot connect to the Internet or even its own gateway: it loses 90% of packets. When I attempt to SSH into it from outside, I consistently receive warnings about potential MITM attacks because the SSH keys differ from those I trusted just moments ago, and the password is not accepted either. I've sent screenshots, yet there has been no response. If the company decides to investigate, please note that I'm a real customer: my ticket number is #ESM-574557. I strongly advise against purchasing from them; I’ve had to revert all my frontends.

Worst service I’ve ever dealt with — complete scam.I paid for a 100GB NVMe and got only 28GB HDD.Their VPS performance is terrible, everything runs extremely slow.The website is poorly made and laggy as well.Support shows as “online” but never replies to any tickets.I absolutely do NOT recommend this service.
Honestly, listen to what I'm telling you, the person reading this, very clearly.1. Support tickets take WAY too long. You can wait over a week for a response, and EVEN if you directly message him, he ignores you most of the time and spits in your face. Better yet, IN THE TICKET ITSELF he says "everything is fine on our side, we don't see a problem."2. The product is absolute garbage. ALL the hardware is shared and just horrible. It feels like you're running Minecraft on 5 FPS if you can understand that reference. Point is, the VPS is laggy and unstable.3. Network and uptime? The uptime is "decent," the machine stays up. But when you're connecting to it or hosting a CS server or any API, you WILL 100% get spikes, and most of the time after like 30-60 minutes you'll get a few crashes, like 3-4 of them.Extra: Theres honestly so much i can add but please take parts from this experience review and read more from others.My point is you're paying for cheap shit. Read the stars and not what the owner is writing next to this crap. It's all ChatGPT.
I don't usually leave reviews, but I'm so frustrated that I need to warn others. I have 8 servers with Walehost and I genuinely regret every penny I've spent or thought I've saved with them.I've been dealing with constant downtime, timeouts and lack of support and it's honestly driving me insane. Not ONE of my servers has stayed up consistently. Right now four of them are basically paperweights because the network keeps timing out, it will work for two minutes then go offline. When I reached out to the owner about it, I got the most dismissive response I've ever received: "Network is fine." My servers are literally unusable and that's the response I get? People are literally posting hourly in their Discord saying there's network issues, please fix it, and the only response they have is "Open a ticket". When you complain or post proof on the Discord they delete the message, and when they don't wanna deal with your ticket they just close it without even saying anything. The owner even told me that I closed my own ticket... which I didn't.The support is a joke. I waited almost a MONTH for a response to one ticket and when they finally replied it was just to tell me they couldn't help. A month for nothing.I'm writing this now because Black Friday is around the corner and I know Walehost is going to push their "amazing deals." Please PLEASE don't fall for it like I did. I thought I was getting a bargain but I've lost so much more in downtime and stress than I ever saved. There are so many better providers out there who actually care about keeping your servers running.If you value your sanity, your time, and actually having functional servers, go literally anywhere else. I wish someone had warned me before I made this mistake.
I had been a paying customer of WaleHost/Evos Hosting for months through an active PayPal subscription. My VPS was wrongly terminated in November 2024 for “non-payment,” even though PayPal processed the subscription charge on November 23rd. The payments continued every month afterwards, even while the service remained offline.When I finally noticed and opened a support ticket in June 2025, I was assured by Edoardo Landi, that the VPS would be reinstated and the balance of payments applied. He even asked which OS I wanted (Debian 12, as originally). Since then: silence. No service restored, no follow-up.Worse: my support tickets were deleted without explanation. I have also tried contacting them through their Telegram channel — again, no response. This is not an accident; it’s a pattern.I did not ask for data recovery, just for the service I paid for. Instead, they took the money and provided nothing. This is not just poor customer service, it’s dishonest.This is not the first time: when I originally signed up, it also took them almost a full month to even start providing the service I had paid for. Both then and now, I have been far more patient than anyone should be expected to be with such poor customer support.If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from WaleHost. They delete tickets, ignore paying customers, and fail to deliver the services you’ve paid for.
Horrible Owners, Servers Crash, Latencty Through the roof, Tickets take DAYS! not minutes, hours, DAY! sometimes weeks. The internet connection is horrible and you simply do not want to buy from them their servers are just horrible and you can barely get ahold of the owners just dont waste your time and be an idiot read all of these 1 star comments REAL PEOPLE ARE WRITTING THEM! and its true.
