This was my first experience with the creation of a Photo Book, Cook Book. The tool was easy to navigate and create your masterpiece. I was very pleased with how quickly I received my order and the finished book exceeded my expectations.

Too many chances given

I’ve used the photobook Canada for the last 7 years and somehow there is always a problem. This was my final time. Every year something goes wrong; I get charged customs, I don’t get my complete order, issues with the program, etc. This year it looks like they have stripped the program down to bare bones. There was no longer the animations, colours, backgrounds. There was just text boxes. I paid $130 for 2 books, and they only shipped one. When I contacted them they said I would have to pay additional shipping from Malaysia for the next book. I’m done. Use someone local. This company is a joke.

Fun experience

Always fun creating a photobook!! It is fairly easy to navigate especially after you ve done a few!! Could be more selection of Clipart but I m happy how my photobooks turn out!

Great product

The sale was amazing for what I received. It did take a long time to upload photos and I found I had to do it in shifts — to make them work. Very cool how I can split photos into projects and upload them to new projects easily. The magazine came a bent — which I imagine was a shipping issue and not company. I was a little disappointed as it is a gift. Otherwise, I am quite pleased!! The magazine paper and photo quality is fantastic.
