I'm still uncertain about the final product of my photobook because I've been waiting for updates on my delivery. It's been stalled for over two weeks, and the site offers no information on delivery status. The assistance I've received has been ineffective, leaving me frustrated.
I'm quite disappointed with this service. I ordered a photobook believing it would arrive quickly since it was marketed as a local company. However, it ships from outside the country, which wasn't clear at all. I chose this service over cheaper alternatives, expecting faster shipping, but it took much longer than anticipated. They also display a local address, which is misleading. I will not order again. Update: I placed my order weeks ago, and I'm still waiting. Customer service has only offered store credit, which isn't helpful. This experience confirms that I won't be using this service again.
Warning: unreliable shipping due to a recent change in their courier service. I've been waiting nearly a month for my order of family photobooks. The current courier has poor ratings, and I'm worried they may have lost my private items. Customers would likely pay more for reliable shipping to avoid such issues. Please consider using a better courier service.
Website is easy to use. Pricing is reasonable. Product description is clear. Shipping is expensive and prices have recently increased post-COVID. Also, the sizes I ordered aren't consistent. I ordered two 14' x 10' photobooks three years apart, and they are not the same size. The white imagewrap covers are also not the same shade of white.
First of all Photobook Canada is not in Canada so be aware that you will be charged shipping fees and maybe customs fees. The customers service was very helping but they sent me the offline program to design my project which opened into the Malaysian website. I had to call them several times for all kinds of issues.It is not clearly specified the count of the pages of a photobook. So I chose 20 pages, the designer made me fill in 20 more(so in total 20 pages back and front) and I endup with a price that was doubled+shipping+Canada taxes+more work+5 phone calls.
I have used Photobook Canada to develop approximately 40 books over the past 14 years and have always been very satisfied with their product. Photobook Canada is user friendly, has exceptional customer support and has a fast turnaround time for the development of the books. I have always been happy using Photobook Canada for my hobby!
Photobook Canada produces an excellent quality product in their photobooks. I have created over 30 photobooks on the offline program over the past 12 years. Every photobook came back to me with very high quality paper and printing and was delivered back to me usually within a week. The offline Photobook is very easy to use and over the years Photobook Canada has added more features to make the designing even easier. The support staff of Photobook Canada is very supportive and quick to reply to my questions. Most of my Photobooks are of our travels and it is such a joyful experience to relive our trips because the photo reproduction is so true to life. Right now I am working on two more photobooks so I am fully committed to using Photobook Canada.
