I love using Photobook as its easy and the results are fabulous. After each trip I do a book to recapture the memories. If I have any issues all I have to do is email them and they respond quickly with the information I need. If you haven't used them you should.
Staff at Photobook are always helpful but Cams was instrumental in answering all of my questions & providing the necessary guidance. I spoke to Cam’s several times over the month of March & she was always calm, clear, patient & very helpful. She made my experience a positive one & is an asset to the Photobook staff team.
Easy to use site with lots of customization options. There are tons of excellent templates and you can just use those, but I always personalize them. You can add hundreds of photos to your project, which I need to as I do annual photo books.
Been using photobook for YEARS. I’ve definitely had my frustrated moments, but turns out it’s all on me. Not fully understanding how to properly check out multiple copies, for example.The application is great. I can easily upload photos. The photobooks are good quality. My pictures could certainly be sharper, but maybe that’s just the quality of them coming from my phone. I love how they have an ebook option that’s free and shareable. Lastly, I want to give a massive shout out to customer service - who honestly are all saints. They respond super quick, are patient, and always available to help. The duties are the only thing that really needs to be corrected for sureeeee. But photobook will reimburse you for any extra costs :)
My annual photobooks for my son and my grandchildren just arrived. What a treasure they are! Christmas would not be complete without the incredible books from Photobook Canada. I have tried other photobook websites but when I tried Photobook about 6 year ago there was no need for me to look at another website. Their program is easy to use and there are so many options. The photobooks are second to none with color and quality. I have ordered literally 100's of books from Photobook and each one is a treasure. I have tried some of their other products (canvas prints and ornaments) and there is no one that could compete with their quality, fast printing and price. The service is incredible. I ordered some books a little late this year because I had been quite sick with covid. But to keep the tradition going in my family Photobook went above and beyond to have my books arrive for Christmas. They made the impossible turn into possible. And I thank them. It is so wonderful that my grandchildren are often seen looking at books from years gone by and seeing the pleasure they show even though the youngest is only 5 years old. So if you want the best quality, price and service I recommend you look no further than Photobook.
