The frame was very good value & looks to be quite expensive on the wall. I was very pleased with the service.However, their method of measuring the size of frame needed, was far too complicated. Surely just the length & width of a print is enough?
Beautifully made frame everything is perfect and the colour is exactly what I wanted. good price fir the size. Parcel was wrapped well and delivery was within a good timeframe. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for an excellent service.
Have purchased several frames from this company. They always arrive quickly, are well packaged and as described. Unfortunately I damaged the Perspex window on one of the frames. I emailed, asking to purchase a new window. Katja responded very quickly and I was sent a replacement free of charge. This is the kind of customer service which is, sadly, increasingly rare these days Well done, especially to Katja. I will certainly use them again.
