Great choice of frames in multiple styles and colours. The website was super easy to use, and gave a lot of detail and images so you knew exactly what you purchasing. Delivery time was very quick and the frame came well packaged. Really great service.
Great quality frames, with every size format available. The incorrect sized (by an inch - easily done) mount had been sent with a frame and they very kindly sent out a replacement using the next day delivery service. The customer service was excellent too!
The frame arrived well packed and the price was very fair. Delivery which was not photoframasandmore's fault had a little to be desired it was left at the gate of the property in a puddle, but although the cardboard had soaked up some of the water when I found it the bubble wrap had prevented the frame getting wet. It's now on the wall with the picture in it!
Really low quality frame that didn't actually fit Instax Square photos as described. The backing is a stock image of a flower so I actually believe they buy cheap frames and just put the inserts in. They offered no refund despite the photos only fitting in part which they did not explain before ordering (it cropped part of the photo, not just the border).
