I've been sleeping more comfortably. My partner has noted a reduction in snoring due to apnea, especially when I use this pillow alone. It has also helped with my sciatic pain, which is a nice bonus. It definitely makes a difference, though it doesn't completely eliminate snoring.
Having tried numerous different types of pillows in a hope for as unbroken sleep (to no availl) I thought l would try pillow haven having watched the video. I picked the pillow haven because it was the same length as a normal pillow and had the moulding to suit the head from moving during the night. Now that both myself and my wife have tried the pillow, we are very satisfied with the quality of the pillow as it’s comfortable and firm enough to hold your head in the moulded area in the middle of the pillow so that the head doesn’t roll during the night. Pillow haven pillows ensures that your head is in the correct position and your breathing is not obstructed and you can wake up having had a comfortable sleep.
The first few nights of using the pillow felt most odd, the way it cradled my neck and held my head firmly (I am a back sleeper). However, as I continued to use it I welcomed the neck and head support and started waking up without the neck and shoulder ache that I had been having previously. I also wake up with fewer dry throats, which suggests that I am snoring less!Just recommended to a friend who suffers shoulder pain first thing in the morning...
