I'm not one to leave reviews but this pillow is amazing. I was suffering with constant neck pain, so thought I'd try this. It is the best purchase I've made, I've used it for 3wks and not one ache or pain since. Would definitely recommend 10/10
Paid, but 3 weeks later no pillow and they keep saying 'handed off to delivery', wait 3-5 days. Does the delivery company live in their truck - 1500 miles away? They won't refund and just make excuses. My experience, avoid they have terrible customer service
Got my pillows and unwrapped them. Thought they felt stiff. That first night I tried to use the pillow but only lasted about half an hour; it felt like my head was on a brick. Next night I decided it was do or die; I needed relief from having neck and shoulder pain for many years, following a shoulder injury. Fell asleep and awoke the next morning pain free! Have not had pain since! Thank you, Pillow Haven!
I ordered the happy couple package. My husband adapted to the new pillow instantly. I was skeptical about him liking it but he's used it every night since receiving them. Me on the other hand, I have had to gradually get used to it. It is firm. The support is wonderful especially if you sleep on your back or side. I often turn frequently and turning the pillow to belly sleep in the middle of the night takes some getting used to. On a more positive note, within 3 days I was able to turn my neck side to side. I had been struggling for months to turn to the left. There was no 'new' smell when opening the pillows which allowed us to use them the day we received them. The shipping updates were not like receiving something from Purolator or Amazon. There was no estimated time of arrival. It took a good couple of weeks or more to receive them. Overall we are happy with them. They do take getting used to. They are more of a positioning pillow, good for your body alignment, not necessarily a comfort pillow. Although the waking results are comfortable because of the sleeping position, if that makes sense.
I wasn't quite sure when I ordered ...But I have had the most consistent sleep with this pillow in years. It may not sound like much but I've gone from 4 hours to 6 hours of blissful sleep since using this. Have already recommended it to several family members!
I was seriously considering buying one of these pillows after seeing ads on Facebook that seemed to endorse this product. But when I went to these content creators' TikTok pages and found the original videos, they were endorsing other cervical pillows. I don't appreciate that this company is essentially stealing videos and promotions paid for by other companies to advertise their product instead. It feels very dishonest, and it leaves me feeling uncomfortable about dealing with this company.
I am trying the Pillow Haven pillow. So far it has been only two nights. The pillow seems too high for my neck, and it is also a little too firm for my liking. However, I will give it more time. They say you can return it, but honestly, the return cost will be almost as much as the purchase price.
I was sooo skeptical because I’ve tried like 6 different “orthopedic” pillows, and they all were either too hard or got flat in 3 days. But this one surprised me. The contour actually aligns my neck properly and I swear the first night I noticed I was more relaxed laying down. After like 2 weeks I’m sleeping deeper and not tossing half as much. And the weird ache behind my shoulder blade I thought was “normal aging” basically gone. Didn’t think a pillow would change my routine this much but it did and overal i had ea great experienve with this company
