I found it took to long to arrive. On arrival I have used the pillow for the last 4 nights I do find it a little to high for my neck I had neck surgery a few years ago and this pillow does nothing for the pain and stiffness I wake up with every morning

Took a few days, but very happy now.

The first few nights of using the pillow felt most odd, the way it cradled my neck and held my head firmly (I am a back sleeper). However, as I continued to use it I welcomed the neck and head support and started waking up without the neck and shoulder ache that I had been having previously. I also wake up with fewer dry throats, which suggests that I am snoring less!Just recommended to a friend who suffers shoulder pain first thing in the morning...

It’s a nice pillow

It’s a nice pillow. Solid construction. I’m not sure if it actually helps on its own- paired with a very soft mattress topper my shoulder pain has decreased fromSide sleeping but before the mattress topper it was helpful but not perfect.

I seem to be getting better sleep

I seem to be getting better sleep. Neck pain is better. Im still in the getting used to it phase but so far so good. It isn’t satin pillow case friendly. :)Fun fact it won’t fix your hubby’s snoring if he doesn’t use it! :/ stubborn!

Laura, poor customer support

Laura, customer support sent me a copy/paste reply to my email to cancel my order that was placed within minutes of ordering. I replied to the canned response with “Yes, please cancel.” I received a same day reply of “oh darn, the pillow case already shipped”. Lies. I called out Laura and she said she was not lying, however, the CJ Packet tracking info is time stamped to the second. At last, she replies and offers a 15% discount to apply immediately to my purchase. Spoiler alert: the 15% has not been applied. I still don’t have my products.

It is mostly good.

I like the way the pillow holds my head in place especially for reading. It is not as high as I thought it would be, however and I use it sometimes on top of another pillow.
