Even though it was indicated that the pillow was delivered, there was no delivery. The phone number is not legit. I believe that the replies to emails are computer generated. Thankfully I did get my money back after a month. I'm not sure how this business gets a 4 star rating.
The pillow was too firm for my liking, and I didn’t notice a significant improvement in my sleep quality. However, the return process was straightforward and hassle-free, which I appreciated. I think it might work better for people who prefer very firm support, but it just wasn’t right for me.
