Review Time
It's expensive, most pillows are now. But literally it is amazing. And I've tried everything! Makeshift pillows. Stuffing a pillow case with rolled towels. Water pillows. Could never get just the right amount of neck support with a cradled head while ALSO being able to sleep on my side so comfortably! 5 stars. I'm buying my husband one for Xmas.
At first I wasn't sure because we see alot of copy of this pillow. I look at alot of reviews. I went all in an got 4 of them for Christmas. I tried mine, the first second you don't get a "pillow feeling" but your neck likes it instantly, I snored alot less (that's what my watch said). It's better than my Te..ur cervical pillow twice the price.
Pillow is not fit for purpose as a front sleeper and the returns process is getting dragged out with them offering price reductions, then asking me to pay $20 for a prepaid label or return myself to New York, which costs about the same with Royal Mail. I am not happy about this expense which is about 1/3rd of my order cost to return the item when the product is not fit for the purpose it was advertised for. I can understand the return charge if I just changed my mind. However, I would never have ordered this pillow if it hadn't been explicitly advertised as suitable for front sleeping. I emailed and asked for and followed detailed instructions for using it for front sleeping and it is not suitable despite trying for 5 days. I was instructed that the same groove for the neck that's meant to be used for side / back sleeping, is also meant to be used for front sleeping, but this whole side of the pillow is to high and my neck takes my upper body weight while the top of my shoulders are not supported. Or if I lie with part of my shoulders up then my lower back is too curved. The pillow design is not suitable for front sleeping.AVOID and do jut been fooled by the tiktok/Instagram influencer adverts.
Placed an order it’s being sent to the wrong address contacted them immediately upon seeing it. They responded two days later saying they can’t do anything. Normally I would understand and take the loss. However, they said they can’t help bc it was shipped out already. It hasn’t been shipped out. In fact. Still days later it’s only in the label print selection so I contacted the USPS per their advice to be told that the company can reprint the shipping label with the correct address on it bc it’s in fact not been shipped out. I’ll own that some of it may have been on me ( I triple checked the shipping address because we just moved) they stated I input the wrong address. If I did, okay great my mistake I’ll handle it. But to know that almost a week later it still hasn’t been shipped and also to know that because it hasn’t been shipped they could actually help. Leaves me unimpressed and totally unsure if I’ll even get what I ordered and paid for.
I’ve had the pillow for about a week and am still on the fence about it. When I lay down on it at night, it honestly doesn’t feel any more comfortable than my old pillow (if anything it’s actually less comfortable). However, I have noticed a significant reduction in the severity of the numbness I experience in my arms overnight which was the main reason I wanted to try the pillow. For that reason I will most likely keep the pillow.
This is the absolute best pillow I have ever slept on. After the first night, I was feeling a bit uncomfortable, but I stuck with it and now I don't want to ever sleep on another pillow. I ordered one for my husband and have recommended it to 7 other people as well and they are all sleeping better too.
