Our school wanted to create a banner to celebrate few of its pupils, we had 163 photos which took us a lot of effort to take. As soon as i entered the website i contacted them and spoke to Max. He was very helpful and patient, we agreed on a design and I made the payment and straight on got into it. He stayed in touch throughout and sent me a photo of the final product before printing. The banner arrived within three days. We were very happy with the product and the experience throughout.
I wouldn’t recommend using this company at all. Their communication is bad. I ordered on the 28 September for an event on 12 October their turnaround is suppose to be 5 working days. Today is the 11th October they are not answering my calls. I called and emailed a few times trying to get information on my order and Max kept saying it’s shipped but he won’t send me the shipping link.So disappointing and unprofessional. Never again!!!!!!!!
Made an order for a Vinyl window wrap for work and was talking with their online chat to confirm quality of the image I sent was good enough for print. After making the purchase, the online chat agent advised me that there was an error with their ordering platform and the price was actually 60% higher than I paid. So I asked for the order to be cancelled and for a refund. That was nearly 2 weeks ago. They sent me a photoshopped image of a Paypal refund receipt. Never received refund Have sent them the transcript of the chat conversation. Nothing. Complained. Nothing. Avoid at all costs. Clearly a Scam.
I ordered two banners for my market stall. Took about a week to arrive and I was sent digital proofs first. The items came from Pakistan and the quality was very good for the price. Some people have complained that they fold their banners but when I was looking around, every company I found was folding their banners for postal orders. So I went with this one, and the product turned out to be fine.
We ordered a 3 x 1 metre banner for our cheesecake company, on Wednesday. We needed it last minute for an event on Saturday. Pinnacle banner did not disappoint and our order arrived just 2 days later.Fantastic quality, very easy to order and wonderful customer service.We would definitely use them for all our orders going forward.
