A truly stressful experience. The banner has arrived FOLDED, which is a definite no no when it comes to banners.When unfolded, there is print missing where it was folded.it is also ripped and marked.When I tried to use an eyelet on the side to tie it up, it ripped with minimal force applied.After sending an email explaining, I have been offered another one for half price. The funny thing is that the 'half price' replacement version has been offered at £150, when I paid just over £200 originally.My complaint has been passed on to the complaints department and I am still waiting for a response.Whenever I speak to Max, he said that he needs to speak to someone else...this has happened on several occasions now.The banner is for a big automotive event where there will be high end cars sat in front, which in turn be all over social media. This could of been a good thing for them as they would have been tagged for good publicity. Now they will be tagged and probably mocked for the quality of what has been supplied.I always give people the benefit of the doubt to sort out any problems, as that is how a business is judged. They clearly want to wash their hands of this as they are only interested in taking your money.I am happy to take this review down if this gets rectified, but I'm not holding out much hope as it's been nearly two months now.Shocking.I am in the process of speaking to citizens advice and trading standards as I don't see why I have to pay for something that is not fit for purpose.I would not recommend this business at the moment!Update: I have hung the banner out side to try and get the creases out before the big show as I was accused of not hanging it properly in the first place .After being hung overnight, I can report that all of the eyelets down the sides are now damaged or missing. This is truly a very poor quality product.Please do not read the other reviews (as I did) because this experience has been stressful and I have been ripped off.
I ordered a banner specifically for a event, called and spoke to Sam before ordering who promised if I paid for his express delivery I would receive it in time. It didn't arrive and the slimeball is refusing to refund - disputing via paypal to try get money back. He charged me for express services and is now saying its delivered so I have to pay. I didn't accept delivery I was out.
Max came thru for me when I needed to order a last minute step and repeat for an event in Cannes (picked up in London on my way to the US). The printing came with a frame as well, which I will have for future events. Communication could have been a little better (he didn't tell us the print and frame would be sent separately), but be aware the company is small, maybe even just him. His business phone is a mobile phone. That said, the actual print was beautiful and well packaged. It looked great at our event.
