Damaged and poor quality

Printing is fine, but these banners are printed in Pakistan and then folded/crushed into the smallest space possible to save on shipping coasts. This left my banners damaged and un-usable.Unfortunately Max is impossible to deal with as soon as you complain, he digs his heals in and wants nothing to do with you. I've lost money on these and I would not recommend them. Its a shame as if they just rolled these banners up and shipped them properly there would not be a problem.

Awful Customer Service and Faulty Goods!

I am very disappointed with how Pinnacle Banner have treated our business, especially as we were so willing to work with them to rectify the problems with our banner.They delivered a damaged product, which did not reflect the proof image and refuse to resolve the issues, instead offering a discount off our next order- awful customer service.I would strongly advise against using this company, which is a shame as we were a returning customer and hoped to continue working together.As I can see from the reviews here, we are not alone in our experience.

Easy to use met expectation

Banners came quickly and when they said they would, good quality and plenty of eyelets to tie them up. Good quality mot see through and print was very clear even though they were 6 foot by 3 foot. Reasonably priced

Great service, advice and overall finished quality!

Max was really helpful over the phone and we organised it all on the same day, which was great. When the banners arrived they were on a roll and packaged well. No creasing and quality was great! I shall use in the future. I was worried how they would arrive and turn out as they were so large, but i was pleased! thanks again to Max and the team.

CREASEY BANNERS, no common sense and poor customer service in the end...the only company to FOLD its banners! Disappointing.It really is a shame as Max and the team were quick and the quality wasn't bad for the price.HOWEVER, I've never come across a printing/banner company, that FOLDS its banner. When I complained, Max later advised to have the banner rolled-up, I'd have to pay an extra £45. Why wasn't I advised of this in the first place? And what company folds their banners? I specifically told Max that the banner was to be used for photos at an event! I will now be spending the week steaming/ironing the banner.If you enjoy steaming/ironing/hairdrying at work, then go ahead, feel free to use Pinnacle Banner but if, like me, you prefer COMMON SENSE and like to be truly valued as a customer, please go somewhere else. What a stressful experience!
