High quality and Worth the wait

If you are reading reviews to see if this website is a good place to order from- it is- as long as you can be patient! The clothing I ordered took almost 2 months to come (because most items are preorder) but they have excellent costumer service and answered all my emails within 24 hours! The quality is so good and all the pieces are all so unique and I can't even begin to say how many compliments I have gotten- it is worth the price. Pixie rebels is my new favorite clothing place, genuinely, and I can't wait until the new pieces I want to purchase are back in stock!! 💗

Order delayed, but ultimately satisfied with purchase and customer service.

I ordered a jacket on Nov 28th for a holiday gift. While it took much longer than it stated to get my item (it arrived after the holidays in January), customer service was very responsive to my inquiries and gave me a partial refund for my item, and a discount for a future purchase. My daughter was very happy with the jacket. They stated the item was a pre-order item and thus takes longer to receive. Hopefully they will make this more clear on their webpage moving forward. Other than the slow delivery, we are very happy with the item and the customer service.
