I’ve just completed my second Pixory book order as I was so happy with how my first order turned out. The pictures were great quality and the book cover was perfect too. I was so happy to find somewhere doing these types of books for the right price. Shipping was so fast and arrived extremely quickly. I reached out to their support team with a question and their response was beyond my expectations - Gabrielle was extremely friendly, supportive and helpful. It’s very clear this is a company who values their customers and wants them to have an amazing experience. If you’re looking to create a book of lasting memories with great quality then I’d definitely recommend using Pixory!!

I actually had an issue where my 5 photobooks were lost in transit and the courier was not able to track them down but the customer service team was incredible. They responded quickly and provided constant updates and after no updated tracking information was available, they reprinted and reshipped the books entirely. I will definitely be purchasing from Pixory again!! They are amazing!
So far I have ordered four photobooks from Pixory.com and I am totally in love with them all!!! One of the pictures had a minor printing mistake, so I contacted costumer service, who where quick to respond. They completely understood my disapointment and where offered m full store credit, so I could reorder my photobook! 10 out of 10 costumer service!!! I will definitely order more photobooks from Pixory.com in the future! :D
This is one of the best things ever. I really loved the books i created using the app. It was all gorgeous and good quality. This is the second time I’ve used pixory (fell in love with my first book so had to order more!). After facing a small technical issue with placing the order, the customer service team got in touch asap to resolve it.
