I am very new to Plaud. I reached out through Plaud's Customer Support online and got a response within 1 hour. I was contacted by Nel and I must say he managed to resolve my concern with great agility and understanding. This 1st extremely positive experience with Plaud customer support automatically has boosted my confidence in Plaud and its ability to make my life comfortable and convenient. Thank you again Nel

I pre ordered the plaud ai pro via a…

I pre ordered the plaud ai pro via a link on instagram by mid september. Yesterday I received an e-mail with a discount offer. I kind of got suspicious because I never got another information about the device I previously ordered (and paid in advance) So I reached out for plaud's support team. They responded within a couple of hours and reassured me, everything was fine. I consider that to be an excellent service.

look at nothing is perfect

look at nothing is perfect. If it was, it would be a clone of me strapped to my wrist and that would look and feel awkward. But it’s as close to perfect as I need it and with some minor adjustments extremely usable in providing succinct in summary and process information with checklist attached to make sure that everything is completed for a project. I highly endorse it and was an early user and not disappointed

Misleading billing practices and impossible to cancel

I had a terrible experience with Plaud AI customer services and APP design. Their app and website make it extremely difficult to downgrade or cancel your subscription. After following their own instructions in detail, I was unable to close my account — instead, I was automatically upgraded and charged for a full year.When I reached out to support, they sent a canned response and refused to refund the initial monthly payment, even though the issue was clearly caused by their broken system. The app itself didn’t work properly, and their customer service feels evasive and scripted.I’ve already disputed the charge with my credit card company and filed complaints with the BBB and FTC. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company — their business model seems intentionally deceptive.
