They provided an effective solution, and I ended up receiving the product on the promised date. I really appreciate their support and commitment to customers.

Even though the product wasn’t right for me, the company itself impressed me. If their tool aligns with your needs, they’re absolutely worth trying.

The device was ordered as a Christmas gift on November 28th, 2025, but it was never delivered. For nearly a month and a half, we contacted customer support multiple times seeking clarity about the shipment. Each time, we received the same generic reply: “please wait 24–48 hours for an update.” There was no tracking number, no definitive shipping date, and no concrete solution — just ongoing delays. What makes this particularly frustrating is that the company markets itself as a productivity-focused tech provider, yet the customer service experience was far from efficient or proactive. There was a total lack of urgency, accountability, and transparency throughout the entire process. Eventually, after escalating the issue and voicing our frustration, a refund was processed. While I am grateful that the refund was finally issued, it only occurred after substantial effort on our part and well beyond a reasonable timeframe. This is truly unfortunate, as the product itself appears promising. However, until the company significantly enhances its logistics and customer support, I cannot recommend making a purchase — especially for time-sensitive orders or gifts. I sincerely hope someone from the quality or customer experience team takes this feedback seriously, as I would still consider the product in the future if the customer experience were managed with the same level of care as the product marketing.

I found the product available on another platform with one-day delivery. I requested a refund from the company due to the unreliable delivery, but they only advised me to check with the courier and provided no assistance. The refund policy states a 30-day window with a receipt, but my order was placed nearly a month ago, so I'm unsure how to receive my refund.
