Extremely Slow & Inefficient Delivery Process

Terrible experience with their international shipping. My package was repeatedly sent back and forth between different locations instead of being delivered efficiently. Tracking updates made no sense, and unnecessary delays added days to the delivery time. No clear communication or accountability. Would not trust them for time-sensitive shipments.

I would give the Polish post the worst…

I would give the Polish post the worst possible review. I sent a large package to a valid address. The recipient was supposed to fill out a form to receive the package. The recipient only received the form when the package was returned to me.The Polish post is very poor in its services and very expensive.

The most disgusting service ever! DO NOT SEND ANY INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY IN THERE!The company will accept providing services even for countries where they DO NOT have service running, to simply TAKE YOUR MONEY, and NEVER GIVE BACK. They will make the most difficult request for a refund, and after making you wait OVER MONTHS, they will deny the request WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY SERVICE.The staff are rude, and not helpful at all.HORRRIBLEEEEEEEEEEEEE service, you send via donkey not not with them!

Worst postal service i ever experienced

I've sent a graphics card to rma and i've been wating since 30th october for the status to change. The service is poor. The contacts are almost impossible to reach. The site is terrible as i couldn't even post a complaint. My tracking number is the following RL342245016PT.

They failed to deliver my package

On August 1st, 2024, I sent a package/gift from the USA to Gdansk, Poland. It was never delivered. They didn't call the recipient even though I provided her phone number to them. At the beginning of September, I called the US post office and asked to investigate the matter. On the 9th of September, the Polish side informed me that they had sent the package back to me and I should receive it in 90 days. It's ridiculous. I paid money for delivery and they never delivered it, left a note about the package, or called the recipient. Polish post services are the worst of all I ever used! It was my first and last experience with them. Do not waste your money - do not use their services!

Took a month for delivery. was stuck in transit, and was not there to be picked up when it said it was. contacted them, but nothing was done except receive the same information i already knew. overall not happy with their services.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed, registered post has been sent to me(Northern Ireland) 13.05.24 today is 25.05.24 and I have checked tracking number, oh my gosh only yesterday post gone out of Warshawa. What a hell is that? For what my family have paid 50 zlots ? This is biggest mistake in my life. Because documents i needed last week, but they still in transport. If i lose for that 200k dolars, this company will have a big problems with European Court.

This is the first and the last time I sent something through this service. The most terrible service I've ever encountered. My shipment from Stockholm arrived to Poland over 2 weeks ago and then nothing is happening. Customer Support cannot say anything - not even when approximately I can expect my shipment delivered. Tried filing a complaint through their online form, but it says there that I can't file a complaint for my tracking number. No complain can be filed and calls to customer support are completely useless.

Never ever use these thieves

Never ever use these thieves , don’t expect , even tracked and signed for , your parcel , letter or package to ever get delivered , they steal it in the sorting office .. if that fails the postaldelivery will steal it … the worst postal system in Europe , I would sack the lot of them , managers obviously don’t care , supervisors turn a blind eye … pathetic service , you should be ashamed … trust me don’t use it .. DHL or similar …
