Poor support, worse delivery service.

I waited to be connected to an agent for more than half an hour, and the worst part is I wasn’t connected to anyone. I had to physically go to the office and collect so many parcels and I wonder why I even pay for delivery.

Why has my package been sitting in Poland for 3 weeks?

I bought a chessboard from a Polish vendor on etsy.com, they dispatched it on the 27th October. As days turned to weeks, on the 3rd of November, the last update I got was "Cleared and awaiting international departure". I've messaged the vendor who is currently in contact with them.I have bought two things from Germany, and one thing from Belarus, I've never had issues with shipping from Europe until now.I am not surprised at all the other reviews on Poczta Polska I'm reading now, I am experiencing the same for myself.Delivery was expected to be 10th to 20th November, it is the 16th now.Tracking number CP231591144PLAs a result of this experience, I will avoid buying anything else from Poland, until systemic issues in the Polish Postal network are addressed and rectified.
