Please please avoid this company!!!!Absolutely awful customer service. Placed an order that cost over £2600, with a delivery cost of £400!!! Missing resin bound and they won’t do anything about it, even though we have all the proof that we did not receive our full order!!! Absolutely disgusting

Delivery service shocking. Fobbed off with lies . One says delivery had left the warehouse 5 days later still waiting . Avoid only stress . Also no tracking available for shipley frieght. .

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.Had a drive fitted and it started to crumble within 2 months.Made a complaint and they said it was my fault!!!Put complaint in writing and absolutely no response.Colleague asked for a quote and got a response in 2 minutes.If I could give you one piece of advice - Read the Reviews. I wish I did.

The worst company everPolybound and purple welliesAvoid like the plague twinned like Fred and roseI have a legal case going on but felt compelled to share my experienceMy driveway was done in bad weather and redone by this cowboy companyAfter a few months the rust marks came out in full forceLiam the director promised to relay the driveway after agreeing it was very bad even had me picking colours and I agreed to pay for skip - I did not have to but I thought what a straight up guyHe then changed his mind and said sorry but suppliers said they won't helpAfter lots of arguing and back and forth emails he palmed me off to Damien Harris who said it just needs a clean not a relayHis job is just to make people go awayThey have put oxcilic acid all over driveway and have made it worse than beforeI will show pics from today less than two weeks since the clean 😂 I don't believe anyone would be happyI have been in the trade myself and I understand colour variations but my driveway looks unwell to top this off liam richards and Damien Harris are so incompetent they have not even visited to look at the mess they have madeI have found others who are unhappyThese people need to be stopped

We used Polybound for training on our first self lay resin job. They supplied all new tools and the aggregate. Chris the trainer was amazing and has a wealth of knowledge and Antonia in the office was very very helpful

Would give no stars if it was possible

Contacted Polybound in May 2023.Delt with a lovely guy called Brayden who left the company shortly after our initial contact. Unfortunately the product we were sold hardened on application so it wasn’t fit for domestic use. Brayden spoke to their tech team and they apologised and offered an alternative product. This product arrived and upon use created a dirty foam finish to the area of resin we trialled it on. No worries Brayden said I’ll get Chris to contact you. I know another company or person has experienced the same issue and he’s going out to visit them next week. He’ll call you when he’s done the visit. We are now 4 weeks on and no contact. So we call Chris. No reply just a constant stream of yeah I’ll get him to contact you when he’s in the office. 2 weeks later more calls. Then the elusive Chris calls, apologises and asks us to email him all the info with the photos which we’ve already sent to Brayden before he left. We emailed Chris 3/7/23 with all the info. Guess what no response so on or around 16 July contacted Polybound again. Spoke to Antonia on 17th July who says she would take over our query and if we could resend the email information directly to her mobile number she would deal with us and In two days would get back to us with a solution on 20th JulyAt this time she asked us to remove our negative review and she would ensure that we were dealt with efficiently Guess what !! No call, no correspondence until we ring again 25th July. Antonia rang back and said she’d spoken to Chris who apparently had spoken to our resin provider and explained the issue. We replied our resin has been down over 20 yrs and we don’t have a provider so I think you’re mixing your clients up!!Antonia said she would be in touch again. Guess what !!! We rang 3/8/23 left a message for Antonia to call us back and guess what !! It’s the 7/8/23 and still no call. This has been going on for 3mths. Our resin balcony looks a mess with the two products and no one seems to want to help to put it right. I will not be removing this review I want others to avoid the headache of using this company and I’m wholly disappointed with the lack of customer care and support. I had high hopes having dealt with Brayden initially. No one in the company we have dealt with has any interest in customer care or reads the information provided. If so it would have been a quick fix

They use Daltex product names and images - but they are not the real thing, and are not even closeThe images aren’t just similar - they’re identical to other listings for genuine Daltex productsI was repairing a patch on an existing driveway, so it was really important I had the genuine productSee photo - theirs is in the middle of the two genuine products

For the love of God do not use this company..

For the love of God do not use this company!!!Apparently these are the same colour (see Google reviews)?? Website example Vs actual?Ordered Slate Grey and what I got delivered was green. Unbelievably awful customer service, who will not take any responsibility what so ever.Misleading information from staff and total utter refusal to acknowledge that they are totally different colours.Already in touch with smalls claims court and Financial Ombudsman. Plenty of legitimate companies online without having to deal with theses rip off merchants.AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!
