I would give no stars if I could. Order a specific filter for a job and paid a certain amount for shipping for this product to arrive to us by 8/4. Now they updated the shipping and said that it will not be arriving until 8/13. The shipping company said they didn’t even give release the item to them until the 31st of July and that it was never going to be possible to deliver it in that time span and they want to give us the run around about getting a refund. Saying we have to eat the cost for shipping the filter when the expedited shipping timeline was not even going to be met. In addition told us we have to call the shipping company to refuse delivery and the shipping company is telling us we have to call pool zoom to cancel the order in order to do that. So we just keep going in circles. Purchase else where …
The worst customer service in the pool industry. I purchased the wrong size hose. I am trying to return it. I tried calling , to no avail. No call back. I get an email saying it’s the busiest time of the year. Knowing that , you think they would prepare for the season. Maybe I will open my pool in February next year and get though to them 😀

Purchased a new Salt 3 Integrated salt/ozone system on 04/28/2025. Installed first week on May, system NEVER worked, always a flow error. Attempted to work issues with manufacturer but unable to resolve. Poolzoom won't take it back, now I'm stuck with a new/broken system and $1300 bill to pay. I wouldn't recommend poolzoom or the manufacturer.

Ordered a replacement part for my pool robot which upon installing never worked. The same day I received the item I called to start the return process and was told to wait a few days for the label. Now they are saying it can’t be returned because it was opened and I need to go through Maytronics for warranty. Basically refusing the 30 day return policy. Filed a charge back and a BBB report. Avoid this company unless you want to risk loosing your hard earned money.
