Review Time
Ordered a replacement part for my pool robot which upon installing never worked. The same day I received the item I called to start the return process and was told to wait a few days for the label. Now they are saying it can’t be returned because it was opened and I need to go through Maytronics for warranty. Basically refusing the 30 day return policy. Filed a charge back and a BBB report. Avoid this company unless you want to risk loosing your hard earned money.
I ordered a part just before Christmas, 6 days in I called and in no part was this PoolZooms fault, the part sat at the USPS warehouse for longer than expected. Spoke to a lady called Kayla who was very friendly and helpful, she actually followed up a day or so later.Parts arrived as advertised with very good instructions.No complaints from me, not often one receives customer service like this.Job well done, Thank you Kayla.

Company sent me a defective Nautilus CC Plus Motor. I reached out, and they requested the serial number so that they could file a warranty claim and send me a new motor. That all went relatively smoothly. However, it's now been over 40 days and countless phone calls and have yet to receive a replacement part. Every phone call requires sitting on hold for quite some time only be told the part will soon be sent, but of course it's never sent. At this point, I'll be trying a credit card chargeback as well as filling a BBB complaint. Do NOT use this company!

My experience with customer service, branded product that fit exactly, and quick shipping was/is great. I’ve spent over $900 dollars with PoolZoom without a hitch. I was surprised when Chris was getting back to me quickly with information I needed and the emails showed time of reply, and I honestly believe that he is reviewing customer information after work hours with reply.
