Review Time
Took money for an order on 4th June with delivery estimated within the week. Over 2 weeks later it's still "processing" and the company are being useless. They won't let me change the delivery address, claiming they can't do this after the order has been processed - but in the same message state it is processing, not processed. They also avoid answering my question about when the items will dispatch. Won't buy from here again, and will request money back via my bank if they won't sort things out in a timely fashion.Update 20/6/20: provided my details. Still processing. Now claiming it's a print on demand item and takes longer - nowhere on the item description does it say that.Update 21/6/22: gave me £15 credit to my account which is totally pointless as I'm never buying from them again. Still no dispatch date. Completely avoiding giving me one despite me asking every message.Update 22/6/22: they are claiming they will refund me in "3-5 days". I have also reported them to trading standards for not being clear as to the print on demand nature of the items, and breaching their own terms and conditions by taking payment before dispatching rather than at point of dispatch. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WON'T RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS!
Absolute worst customer service ever! Responses appear to be auto-replies that do not relate to your issues. It is a very frustrating and drawn-out process to try to get any issue resolved. I've gone through this a few times in a short period. I'm canceling my subscriptions and shopping elsewhere. I'd rather pay more on any other site where I can deal with a human and avoid this headache!
I’ve had two orders with them, one over 12 months and one for 6 months, still nothing and the customer contact replies are appalling. It’s like they are not interested, I’ve now gone elsewhere to get the items I wanted which is disappointing. Don’t use this company very poor customer service. I’m sure their refund process is going to be a drag as well..🙁
I gave a 1-star review previously as I waited over 10 weeks for my order with no sign of it arriving and was told they have no idea when I would receive it. Received a refund and some credit on my account for the inconvenience so I thought I would use the credit on my account to order something else, not the one I wanted originally as somehow it was now "out of stock" (was it ever in stock? if so why didn't I receive it originally. WHO KNOWS)And so it continues with this second order, it is now "out of stock" again with no sign of it ever being shipped.Pop In A Box has turned off their Facebook reviews and it's no wonder why, their social media is littered with people asking for the orders that they placed over a year ago in some cases. I'm just glad this time it wasn't my own money wasted
