Pop in a box is rubbish!!! We were buying the two figures a month deal but the following month they sent out one they had sent out the month before … then it was every month ! So you ended up with doubles … then when I contacted them they said they hadn’t sent those out !! Liars !! Then they wanted me to do their job for them and go on line to add the ones I had so they knew what was delivered because apparently they have no idea !!!
Considering their whole market is Pop Vinyl figures they seem unable to fulfil pre-orders, I have two orders outstanding from last year, the "release dates" have changed constantly and despite the figures being available from other retailers Pop in a Box have yet to despatch any of them!!!Customer service is pitiful all you get is a brief "we'll send them when we get them"
Never Pre-Order from this website!! I ordered a Jack Sparrow Pop Vinyl from this website back in February which originally was just an order, then found out a few weeks later it was in fact a pre order… I recently checked on the order status and they changed my order to a BTS pop vinyl and have told me that I did not order a Jack Sparrow pop vinyl even after sending photos/receipts!! They then asked me to cancel my order as it was the only way to resolve this and wait for it to be restocked which has me to believe they will never receive the product. Completely unprofessional and would never purchase from them again.
