Wouldn't even give 1 star if it were possible. Disgusting customer service. Imagine not receiving an item after 2 months. Then imagine the tracking for said item never updating since it shipped. Then imagine that tracking info disappearing.They say we're contacting couriers and will get back to you in 24-48 hours. Imagine you wait 9 days before asking them what's up. They still again. Imagine waiting another 7 days before inquiring once more only to be stalled again.My last 2 messages to them were simply requesting they reship or refund. Now I'm receiving their same 24-48 hour courier auto-response.Please steer clear of this company. I've had issues with all 4 orders I've made with them. These range from false advertising to me being overcharged to now never receiving items at all.Stay well away.*EDIT* They gave me a refund this morning only after threatening to report it elsewhere. Extremely untrustworthy, still stay away.
Dont waste your time with preorders, waited over a year for an item and still never received it, when i asked them to cancel it as it was clear i was never gonna get it they said they couldn't cancel as it had been too long. Fast forward months down the line when i check for updates and see that the order has actually been cancelled i just never got my refund, when i asked them why, they said they hadnt taken the money even after i provided them with the bank statement showing they had. I wasted months demanding my refund just to keep getting told the same thing! Was eventually given it as store credit, which is pointless as i no longer trust this company to order from them again!
Pre-ordered an item in October that was due release in November. after waiting, contacting etc my preorder was never fulfilled. Ended up getting it cheaper on Amazon. Very poor customer service when they were contacted, basically told "wait or take a refund" no indication if there was likely to be a shipment time or that it was never going to be fulfilled. Awful
