Review Time
This time I don't have a lot to complain about apart from one detail. I bought 2 Funko POPs, and they were both available and ready to ship when I bought them. BUT. Suddenly I had to over a month to receive part of my order. Still - both figures came in mint condition, nothing happened to the packaging, so I'm not complaining, as I wasn't buying that Funko for a gift, so I had the patience to wait. That's why I'm giving PIAB four stars.
Do not preorder from this company.. Ordered a Anthony Davis pop figure a year ago, they kept pushing the dates back again and again.. Eventually cancelled the order, no response from customer service to get a refund. Scammed my money.Don’t listen to them attempting to help people on this site, guarantee they won’t resolve anything, it’s just to keep up appearances online.
Never Pre-Order from this website!! I ordered a Jack Sparrow Pop Vinyl from this website back in February which originally was just an order, then found out a few weeks later it was in fact a pre order… I recently checked on the order status and they changed my order to a BTS pop vinyl and have told me that I did not order a Jack Sparrow pop vinyl even after sending photos/receipts!! They then asked me to cancel my order as it was the only way to resolve this and wait for it to be restocked which has me to believe they will never receive the product. Completely unprofessional and would never purchase from them again.
