I had to cancel my order on the simple technicality that there was an error in the delivery address which I wanted to immediately amend. I was surprised to be told that amendments are not possible and that I would need to cancel and place a new order which seems to be a lot of trouble to make a small update ahead of pre-order with still a long lead time remaining.The reason the address was wrong in the first place was some glitch that combined two addresses into an impossible delivery address.The cancelation went problem free after that
I pre-ordered a Yelena (from the Hawkeye series) Pop on 26/12/2021. Due to be fulfilled February I believe. This got pushed back and back until a date in June. Now it's the 14/06/2022 and the item is showing as Sold Out. My order still sitting as Processing. I message to be told "Please note we are currently waiting for stock to be assigned to this item, once received, we will be able to dispatch it."I think I gathered that for myself! So I wait 6 months to not get my order; a Pop that's sold out everywhere now. And the response I get would hardly win awards.
Never received item. Had a update on 20th of may and it’s now mid June. Customer service told me to give them 30 days…it’s been over that. I have had to go and get another item which now I’m £30 out of pocket and as a single mum that’s a lot for me. No help whatsoever and now wanting my refund in full. Tired of waiting
