Pop RVs was the first company to respond to our search for an RV. They were courteous, friendly, and very thorough in emailing us back both initially and with proper RV offerings that fit out criteria. Cory was right on top of selecting units and efficiently responding to us. Although we did not purchase from them, we will absolutely remember their professionalism when we upgrade to a newer rig. We would not hesitate in recommending them.
I just sold my bass boat through Pop Yachts and couldn't be happier with the service. Since I posted it I have received a weekly report on how it is doing, how many people were looking ect. I was contacted every time they had someone that they were working with. Kirk Troen was so helpful and nice, and prompt with a response when I had a question. Lauren Angelillo was so nice helping me through closing and was just contacted by Gordon Wilson about getting my 4ocean bracelet. I got my money right on time and all of it was painless. Most of my contact was with Paul Herman and Lauren Bailey. Both were most professional and knowledgeable, the process for sales and documentation are thorough and customer friendly. This is important to me because I am paperwork averse and not particularly tech savvy. Paul handle the product side of the process, including seller contact, with knowledge and awareness of each step in the process. Lauren made the documentation painless. They communicated with me and with each other in order to get the sale closed and documented.I would recommend that someone from POP Yachts or a contracted inspector view all boats to insure that the offering is as represented. I, fortunately, made a 1000+ mile trip to inspect and operate a boat the was not properly represented by the photos and description. The boat was rejected requiring a price adjustment. If the boat had been delivered as represented, we would be having very different communication. I commend Paul for his handling of the situation. That being said, the POP Yacht process is excellent and your team is outstanding.
Just wanted to say, the most delightful experience I’ve received from a closing agent in a long time. They were on top of everything from beginning to end. Can’t say enough, did all the paperwork and-answered all my questions Quickly. Thanks so much pop yachts will definitely use you again.
Wonderful help with sales rep Kimberly and then Melanie with the followup paperwork. They were attentive and answered any questions I had, but more importantly they placed the buyer and myself together to so that we could discuss details regarding the boat with lead to me obtaining additional items for the boat and making great friends with the owners of the boat! That is what makes the boating world great! This way, if I do have a breakdown or problem I now feel comfortable asking the original owners questions that they may know the answers to! That was wonderful!
Sales agreement BYS-53 My so called buyers agent sent me a listing of a boat that I was willing to go look and was very clear to her that I wanted a open water sea trial since the boat is a off shore fishing boat. So I make the flight from Dallas to New Oleans Get the rent a car and hotel and while eating dinner the seller agent contacts me asking what I expected for the sea trial. I told him that I clearly made sure that the buyers agent knew that the boat was to be taken out to open seas for the sea trial. Well he told me that was not a option. I got so upset that I just drove back to the air port and flew back home a didn’t even go look at the boat. After returning home I contacted seller and he said that he was never even asked If the boat could be taken off shore or not and if that was what I wanted then that was not a problem. Flew back down the following weekend, the owner and myself took the vessel out to sea . I liked the boat but didn’t want anymore dealing with pop and just paid the owner out right and told him if he wanted to stay out of trouble then he should read all the negative reviews and pay pop the %10 if he was smart. It wasn’t until I was sitting in the airport waiting on my return home flight the first trip all upset thinking to myself What kinda of company tells a Qualified Buyer that his request for a open sea test drive would be passed on the the owner and sellers agent. And they wait until I take on the expense to travel down there to be told that open sea test drive was not a option. Thats when I started reading the reviews about Pop . OMG .
