Very efficient group of folks. From font line sales, and office people that take care of the closing and other contractual agreements. Very effective, professional and honest! They offered me great advice to overcome hiccups that were unforeseen from my (seller's) end. I would not have sold my RV without the knowledge and commitment demonstrated by this team of professionals. I hope you recognize you can count on these people!
My wife and I recently purchased our boat from Pop Yachts and we could not be more pleased. Being our first time purchasing a large boat we had no idea how the process works but our incredible closing agent Hannah walked us through the entire process and took great care of us. Any email sent to her was replied to within 5 minutes and she was constantly going the extra mile to ensure we were taken care of. Hannah, YOU DESERVE A RAISE! I would full heartily recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a boat.
They sold me a boat and trailer, where the title is not clean or transferred on the Trailer. I have spent over 1 1/2 years to get this resolved (Covid issues did have impact). The Lien Holder will not respond, Cannot get a tag for the trailer and cannot reach PopYachts. I recommend avoiding Gary Lochte, the Broker. What a mess!
My experience with POPS RV was the worst ever, the agent told me that he was working on my behalf and that someone else was working on behalf of the buyer. This turned out to be a lie. The Agent pressured me into taking a lot less than I was asking for, when I told him that RVs were in demand right know, he told me that wasn't the case. I later found out that I was correct meaning that Greg either lied to me again, or he has no idea about the market and has no right to be selling RVs. Because of the pressure and lies I lost alot of money. Highly Recommend not to use this company.
What a great experience! I live over 1100 miles from where the boat I purchased was being offered for sale. Due to the pandemic and the horrible winter weather, I was unable to travel to the boat for my inspection, so James (James Schwartz - Pop Yachts Senior Regional Sales Executive) had to be my eyes for this transaction. He did a fantastic job (in the freezing cold) and worked very closely with the seller, as we went over EVERY inch of the boat, motor, and trailer. I would not have bought the boat without his dedication and assistance. James even helped me line-up a hauler so I could get my new purchase back to Michigan. When it came time to get all the paperwork assembled and executed, Lauren (Lauren Angelillo - Senior Closing Coordinator) didn't miss a beat. She kept everyone on task and on time and the sale concluded flawlessly. I highly recommend the team at Pop Yachts!
