We just purchased a Sea Ray Sundancer through Pop Yachts. This was a process that started for us in October of 2019 and concluded in June of 2020. Tom worked with us last Fall when we put a deposit on the boat. Then through the winter and spring with Covid19 pushing back all marina work Tom was right there for us every step of the way. Mel was also fantastic assisting us with the closing and wrapping it up in a timely manner. I commend Tom and Mel for their outstanding professionalism and detail to customer service. This entire process that lasted through a Covid19 winter and spring could not have gone smoother for us. Thank you Pop Yachts!

Was skeptical at first-I was pleasantly surprised with the efficient nature & professionalism of HArley H. She was very efficient and went above and beyond. I’m not really sure if theRe is a need for buyers agent- I utilized him very little. Most of my interactions were with sellers agent and Harley. All in all, was a great experience & would recommend them to others. The trial membership to SeaTow was a nice bonus.
I could go on and on about how Increadible Scott Fitzsimmons was from showing us the sailboat, the many follow up emails, phone calls, and overall support I think was way above and beyond what anyone would expect.The sales support didn't stop with Scott, it continues with the Closing Coordinator Ana Valdez in which we received the same increadible support via email, phone calls, and courtesy you just can't find anywhere these days.These people are not your typical used boat, car, or warehouse associates. The whole experience of buying our Travato was great.... At first is seemed strange dealing with a broker over the internet and by phone and not having a tactile feeling for the sale. There was some discomfort ... but the people like Cory and Trisha were so great during the process that things went very well. The inspection, bid process, and sale went smoothly with not hitches. Trisha at the main office did a lot to reassure me that things were going great. We got the Travato 59K and it is a great vehicle it was everything that we had hoped for and we are really enjoying it. The whole process was much like the buying experience we had with Tesla. I would do it all again with pop rv... they are good people.
