I've never purchased a vehicle through a broker before. However, it was very similar to buying a house through a Real Estate Agent! Both the buyer and seller have a professional who knows the ins-and-outs and can help steer the transaction. My broker's name was Paul and he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable every step of the way. Working with POP RV's took away the worry - no concerns of fraud. The whole team (there's a team of people in Sarasota, FL) who worked with Paul were quick to respond to questions and always knew the right answer. Made the transaction easy!
My experience with POP Yachts in the purchase of my Cruiser Yachts 292 Avanti Vee was excellent particularly in the communications that didn't leave me hanging for anything. First thing you need to know when buying a boat is knowing what type of boat you want. You should then ask for Ray Woosley at Pop Yachts and he will assist you in the buying process. The system they have in place is well structured to protect both sellers and buyers! It makes sense with the amount of work involved with coordination and especially water trial. Mel Hendrick assisted with the closing documents and she was prompt and very organize. This is my first experience buying a boat through a broker and I highly recommend! Most take the time to provide negative feedback and they are deserving of this positive feedback.
Great experience working with POP RVs as a seller. I was having trouble selling my motorhome on my own. They took 100+ photos for their online ad, found me a serious buyer within a few weeks, and provided excellent service through the whole transaction.
