I recently purchased a 2005 Chris Craft Speedster from out of state through POPYachts. Their sales and customer service team were on top of the transaction at all time. The POPYachts organization was very professional and made the purchasing experience smooth and easy.
Steve was GREAT!!! He was always there for us, right on top of everything and eager to get things done.Others didn't seem to take the initiative. Don't get me wrong, they got the job done, but they seemed to be less than eager to talk to us. Maybe I was just expecting the kind of service Steve provided.
You guys were awesome! Ray Woosley could not have been more helpful or patient . He started helping me in May and kept sending me listings until I found one I liked . Do not be afraid of using POP Yachts!The process with POP Yachts was very fast and flawless as I was wishing for. I saw the boat on Sunday, 7/14. Monday I was under contract and was very hopeful to have everything taken care of by the following weekend. The expectation set by POP Yachts was up to two weeks, but because of the great service between Mel, Pete (Buyer Agent) and POP Yachts, along with working with Essex Bank everything was able to be completed by Friday afternoon!At the beginning, I had read many poor reviews elsewhere about POP Yachts and Essex Bank. I was sort of nervous and almost started to look elsewhere for a boat. However, I am very very happy I gave both companies a chance. I could not have asked for a better group and team to go through this process. Will certainly use them again (hopefully won’t need to buy a boat for a while though ;) ). Thank you again Mel, Pete and POP Yachts. Excellent service!
Had a great experience working with Mel on our private party closing! I would highly recommend using her for any transaction involving private parties where you want to know that everything will be taken care of professionally and quickly!All I had to do as the seller was get a few documents notarized and send her some basic info, and Mel handled the rest! The cost was reasonable and well worth it.Don’t try to sell private party on your own...hire Mel and avoid the headache!
This Company is all they say they are, They get the job done. everyone was very helpful, and answered all my questions,( and I had a lot) let me know what was happening every step of the way, helped me understand anything i was not sure of. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to sell your RV.
