Complete letdown! Initially, their website boasts over 500 five-star reviews, but in reality, this is just their 20th review, and their average rating stands at 2.7 after 19 reviews. I ordered a poster based on their promise of delivery before Christmas. Now it's December 23rd, and my package is still stuck in transit from a location far away! Clearly, it won't arrive in time, and the person I intended it for will likely be gone before it shows up (if it ever does). The representative from the service has not replied to my emails.

It took some time, but the poster finally came, 40 days later. It shipped from a distant location, although they claim '2 to 4 days delivery' and seem to have a U.S. address, which is misleading. However, it arrived undamaged and was exactly what I ordered.

Yesterday, the new poster arrived in a fiber tube, and it was in perfect condition. Thank you for the excellent follow-up and service; not every merchant keeps their promises, and it’s appreciated!
Cheap knock-off from a distant location. The quality is terrible, nothing like the picture on their website. I should have checked their reviews instead of trusting the fake ones displayed online. They claim to be based in the U.S. but clearly are not.
The print quality of the canvas is poor, with characters cut off at the edges. It doesn't match the image shown on the website. They have not responded to any emails regarding a return, and the phone number is not functional. Beware and stay away; I am contacting my credit card company.
