All good. Really quick response to my enquiry and they attended the same day. The engineer took time to find out exactly what the recurring issue was and explained the problem and the options for a permanent or temporary fix. I chose to have the pipes resealed. This was carried out two days later They worked really hard and explained the process clearly. All finished within 6 hours and the work guaranteed for 10 years and the sealant in the pipes should last for 50 years I’m really grateful for the detailed explanation and good workmanship. 🙂
After contacting PDS things moved fast. Darren turned up that afternoon and show us the big problem we had with our drains and tree roots. He showed me the extent of the problem using a camera probe. The following day a team of three arrived and spent 6 hours removing roots and debris from all our pipes in front of our property. This was followed by lining the pipes to ensure the problem was sorted permanently. Amazing service and great workers!
