we left the cruise ship at 8:45 AM and were at the assigned pick up area by 8:55 AM. The first shuttle from Premier was leaving just as we arrived. It was full. We waited until 9:40 AM when the second shuttle arrived. The driver started to load suitcases from a family of 5. That took up most of the loading space. A couple of guys muscled their way ahead of us and we had to wait for shuttle #3. That shuttle arrived at 10:35 AM and there were many people who had gathered around it. People were pushing and shoving and frustrated. We were the last to get on that shuttle. I timed the drive back to the parking garage. It took us 8 MINUTES. Do you realize that we could have walked with our suitcases back to that parking garage? We do it in new york all the time. The point is that there are either not enough shuttles, or someone is wasting time. This is a poorly set up operation and we won't use it again. I will say that the cruise port in MIAMI is the worst ever. People running everywhere, parking attendants screaming, and the logistics of the road system and pickup areas are horrible.
My family and I have used Premier Parking several times all without an issues at all. Over the Thanksgiving holiday we cruised out of Miami. Usually I drop my family off at the port to get them checked in and I drop off the car at the parking garage so there is only me and my backpack to get back to the port only one bag and myself to get on and off the van and on our return home I leave my family on the curb get back on the van and get the car, return to pick up my family. We have a large family there were 7 of us 2 disabled grandparents 3 children my youngest is 5 myself and my wife it’s a lot to attempt to get on their transport van and I find it easier for all involved to use this method. On drop off the guys were helpful and everything worked very well, just me and my one bag got to the port just fine. After the vacation we returned to the pickup spot I left my family and waited for the van with the all-important blue paper, the first van was full which it normally is no big deal they run several shuttles regularly. The next van pull up and there is a bum rush to the back of the van with luggage flying, we all want to get home I understand, this is why I travel the way I do, I get in the front seat just me and my one bag like I have 8 times before. The driver did not get my name in the furry of hot and tired passengers that were trying to get on the van. There were two people on the bus the he did not have names for on his list. Myself and one other guy. We gave our names, the driver turns to me and accuses me of skipping the line. I told him I was there since the first van arrived and there was only one of me with my backpack. He called me a liar, and again accused me of skipping the line. I have never been treated like this before, he was very rude. I told him he was mistaken that I was there and just wanted a ride to retrieve my car so I could go home. He then told me to get out of his van NOW! I said EXCUSE me!? He told me to get out. At this point I was more than furious, tired, and, worried about my family all of who were waiting on me to pick them up. I got out of the van and took a cab to the parking garage 35.00 for the ride. I wanted to speak to a supervisor but there was no one there I go my own car and returned to the port and made it home. I feel like the way the return driver treated me is unacceptable and should have never happened. I will not be recommending this service again.I am updating this review to advise everyone that Chris from Premier called and offer his apologies and a full refund. While what happened is not the norm with this company the drivers actions are not excusable, it does go a long way to mending his actions. I will change my rating from 1 star 3 stars do to the attempt to make this issue right with the customer.

The number one thing is that the price is good. The problems:1- very hard to find because we were not told the name of the parking lot & we were looking for Premier parking. 2-When we drove up to the correct floor of the parking lot the young man was extremely, extremely nasty & told the person driving that he would not let him pass until he apologized-we weren't sure for what & because time was of the essence he apologized (still not knowing for what). If this was not prepaid & we had time restictions we would have left. Nutty people should have have that authority-it was crazy!!!!
